Jayson McConnell started his EMS career as an emergency critical care technician at Parkview North Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. As he continued to strive for education and experience Jayson continued up the ranks as an EMT-A with New Haven/Adams Township EMS. Determined not to slow down, Jayson enrolled in and completed the accelerated paramedic program in Adams County. Jayson currently serves as a Paramedic in Adams County, Allen County, and most recently as a paramedic on the mobile intensive care unit. Jayson is also in the process of applying for a Primary Instructor license at the start of 2017 to increase his EMS education opportunities.
Brittany Bard started her EMS career as an EMT-Basic working for Wells County EMS. She gained her EMT-Advanced certification and Paramedic license since then and serves as a Paramedic in DeKalb County, IN, as well as Adams County, IN. Since obtaining her Primary Instructor license, Brittany has taught several EMR and EMT-Basic classes. She also assists in training and continuing education at each service.
Mike Barrow started his EMS career as an emergency room technician at Parkview Whitley in Columbia City, IN. Since then, he has worked his way up through the ranks as a full time paramedic and functioned as a field training officer at the Three Rivers Ambulance Authority in Fort Wayne, IN. Currently, he is working as the Director of Training and Education for Action Care Ambulance in Centennial, CO. In addition to the CPR Podcast, he also is the founder and editor of the Mute Medic.
